General SBIR/STTR Services

TeCC has extensive expertise and experience in the Small Business/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) investments by the eleven federal agencies that are involved in the program. TeCC follows the solicitations from the agencies and can provide guidance to prospective proposers. TeCC can also assist proposing companies in the preparation and reviews of their proposals. TeCC also assists in workshops to help small businesses to understand the overall SBIR/STTR program and proposal process.

NASA SBIR/STTR Support

TeCC currently is under contract to NASA Langley to provide support services to their SBIR/STTR program. This effort includes the review of the commercialization plans in Phase II proposals. TeCC also assists in the outreach efforts for the program at technology trade shows and other events.One TeCC staff member managed the SBIR/STTR program at the NASA Langley Research Center for several years.

NASA SBIR TecFusion Forums

Each year, the federal government invests almost $2.5 billion in technology developments through the SBIR/STTR programs. Most of these advanced technologies present a significant opportunity for firms to benefit from the government's investments in technology development. NASA LaRC is leading an effort to work with firms to host a forum of SBIR/STTR companies that have developed technologies of potential interest to the firm.
